What Is It?

The GAIN Empower Investment Internship Programme gives aspiring young women and non-binary students:

  • Hands-on experience with leading firms across the investment industry.

  • Expert mentorship to build confidence and practical skills.

  • Industry exposure through training, events, and networking opportunities.

Who Is It For?

  • Young women & non-binary students in their penultimate and final year undergraduates, master's and MBA students who have the right to work in the UK over summer 

  • Applicants from all degree backgrounds – no prior investment experience required, just curiosity and ambition.

How It Works

  • Minimum 4-week summer internship at one of our partner firms (average 8 weeks).

  • Training and development before and during the placement.

  • Networking events with industry professionals and alumni.
