CD&R and Summer Internship 2027
Building great and sustainable businesses requires attracting and developing the best talent available and our people’s diversity of background, experience, thought, ability, and outlook makes us who we are.
Our internship programme is a work experience and educational programme, allowing people considering a career in private equity to gain a first-hand understanding of the day-to-day life and the work that we do here at CD&R.
Interns will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, gaining exposure to live transactions, and supporting with ad hoc requests. Responsibilities will include screening investment opportunities, conducting market research and industry analysis, preparation of presentation materials and assisting with financial analysis and modelling.
Each year, a small number of interns are offered a full-time Analyst position, based on performance and availability amongst several other factors. CD&R also seeks to hire former interns into Associate roles.
