Pluto Finance and Investor Relations Associate
Pluto Finance is seeking a proactive and collaborative Sales Support Analyst to join its Investor Relations team. The team is responsible for raising and cultivating capital from institutional investors across Europe, including public and private pension funds, insurance companies, charities, endowments, foundations, asset managers and family offices. Its mission is to build lasting investor relationships and secure long-term capital for Pluto’s real estate debt platform.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-starter to gain exposure to both distribution and investment activity in a fast-paced private markets environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations and Head of Client Solutions, and will interact regularly with the wider business, including the CEO and the credit and origination teams.
The role offers a clear path to progression. The successful candidate will start as an analyst, supporting the team while building a strong foundation in real estate private credit and institutional investor relations. As their knowledge and confidence grow, they will take on a direct fundraising role, finding creative ways to originate capital and build their own pipeline of investor relationships.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in private markets, with the drive and confidence to develop relationships across the industry and the energy to bring proactive ideas to the table.
