Summer Internship 2026
Mondrian Investment Partners is one of London’s largest employee-owned investment managers with approximately $50 billion managed in long-only, value-style global and emerging market equity and fixed income mandates. Our clients are large institutional investors from around the globe with a wide range of product offerings that cover equity, fixed income and balanced mandates.
We’re looking for high calibre candidates who are adaptable, innovative and excel at working in teams in a professional environment. Our summer internship programme will give you a hands-on experience to provide you with a solid understanding of the asset management business.
Key Responsibilities
When you join the summer internship programme, you’ll be assigned to one of the departments detailed below. You will also work on an Investment Project as a group of interns and will make a presentation to investment professionals at the end of your internship.
As your performance and experience develop, you’ll be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and projects dependent on business requirements.
Investment Business Services
Finance
· A variety of elements of corporate financial management
Legal
· Onboarding clients
· Reviewing client and vendor contracts
Compliance & Risk
· Reviewing regulatory requirements
· Managing risk
Investment Operations
You will be placed in a role in Investment Administration and Fund Accounting, you’ll be working on:
· Managing the reporting and reconciliation of client investment accounts
Investment Analytics
The focus in this department is Performance, Risk and Portfolio Analytics. You will be working on:
· Identifying, quantifying and explaining the drivers of investment returns for both equity and fixed income
Client Service & Business Development
The focus in this department is supporting our existing clients and business development activities:
· Supporting the team with client reporting
· Helping the team prepare for client and prospect meetings
· Providing additional support where required for business development
